「We just returned from our first visit to Turks and Caicos and exceeded expectations. We like a hotel that is in a good area but not loud and busy. When we checked-in, no one was at the reception. We found a staff in the office and ask her to check-in, but she said she felt cold and seemed not to want to spend the time to explain about the hotel at the reception outside.
