「Property exterior was not kept clean. It was dirty. We stayed 8 nights and the exterior verandah was not cleaned even once. Room was very basic but clean though. Kitchen lacked utensils and the ones which were provided were in bad shape. The stay was just ok. I would not stay again.」

「The locate is so peaceful and close enough for local beach activities, restaurants and shopping centers. The neighborhood was well groomed with no local disturbance of crimes. Some building constructions was going on and it was not disturbing at all to my early morning rise I loved it, Mrs. Sophie is awesome! 「Our stay at this Villa was amazing. This rental is situated in a great location near the middle of the island. From this location you can travel to either end of the island in a short time. Very close to the airport & car rentals. While this rental is not on the beach we did have a view of the ocean from our private balcony. 「This property is in a good location that has easy access to the main grocery market on Provo. The property was easily accessible at the check in time and the host was very responsive. It is an excellent rental away from crowds of resorts, but close enough to Grace Bay to get there quickly.」

「I stayed for 2 weeks to learn how to kiteboard. I had lessons at South Padre Island but things were not progressing very well. Markus an Simon helped me the entire 2 weeks. By the last 2 days I went to beach on my own, rigged and kited both days for 3 hours each. The place was great and I will go again maybe for a month next time. 」
