Relax, meet the winemakers, and discover the Pays des Bastides, rich in history and heritage—you won’t be disappointed by the warm welcome from the locals. ** THE COTTAGE ** The cottage is attached to the owners’ home, in the small wine-growing hamlet of Mas del Sol, in the heart of France’s oldest vineyard. The pool is lovely, and the covered pergola with its shaded terrace serves as a second living room in the summer. Enclosed terrace/courtyard and shared pool with the owners. The large, pleasant covered pergola is available to guests of the cottage; you can enjoy your meals there sheltered from the heat or thunderstorms. Freestanding gas plancha. First floor: - small, functional kitchen, fully equipped: oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, filter coffee maker and Dolce Gusto® pod coffee maker, kettle, toaster, food processor, immersion blender, and hand mixer. - living room with dining table, sofas, and TV - separate toilet Upstairs: - two bedrooms, each with a 140x190 cm double bed. - Bathroom with shower, double sinks, hair dryer, and washing machine Fenced-in pool: 6x3m, 1.40m deep, with steps. Please note: The pool is open from May through September; please be aware that these dates may vary depending on the weather. ** MOTORCYCLISTS WELCOME: Fany and Jérôme are motorcyclists themselves. They provide a locked shed where you can store two motorcycles. Basic repair tools are available, as well as a space to dry your gear. They’ll be happy to show you road maps for motorcycle routes in the area!
