Starting with the positives this was a great location if you are visiting the old part of Cagliari. Minutes to walk until you reach numerous places to eat, the train station and buses. Plenty of trips start at the marina or from the main square. The room was basic but clean, and offered daily cleaning if needed. The promised air conditioning and wifi worked well.
The first night there were 2 power cuts, but they were sorted out quickly.
The fridge in the room is tiny and did not work at all, so was not suitable to keep milk fresh, it also had a funny smell. There was a small working kettle and coffee machine, plus a few packets of sugar and a few tea bags, these were not checked and restocked, luckily we had taken our own. There were no cups for making hot drinks, I tried to use the disposable plastic ones provided but when you put boiling water on them they started to almost crumple at the bottom, does not seem safe. Do feel the photos show something that looks more luxurious than it is, but for the price I can see why.
Overall a nice place for a cheap stay.
