"The room was clean and comfortable but there was NO ONE EVER at the front desk and there was no phone in the room to call the front desk for help with any issues. As for the complementary breakfast, we were offered snack sized bags of cookies. And the biggest issue was the lack of security! they never asked for ID when checking in OR to get a room key made. So anyone could ask for a room number and get into anyone’s room! VERY DANGEROUS and unsettling!"

"Our stay was pleasant. A good location for us since it is located right on/near the Ice Age Trail. Plenty of wonderful places to eat. The people in Cornell are very kind and friendly. The room we stayed in was nice. It was on the first floor (main floor) and had a private bathroom which was very nice.
