  • Enjoy Cádiz while staying in this welcoming exterior-facing apartment, located in the heart of the historic centre and just a few steps from the Gran Teatro Falla, home to the famous Official Cádiz Carnival Group Competition.

    Located on the ground floor, the apartment features one bedroom, a bright living room with an open-plan kitchen and a fully renovated bathroom. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, and bed linen and towels are included. A cot and high chair can also be provided upon request, subject to availability.

    Its excellent location allows guests to explore the historic centre on foot and discover its streets, squares, monuments, restaurants and most charming corners. It is an ideal choice for an unforgettable stay in Cádiz, whether travelling as a couple or with friends.

    ACCESS TO THE APARTMENT

    Check-in is available from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and registration takes place at our office. If you expect to arrive after 8:00 p.m., please inform us in advance so that we can arrange your arrival.

    We will be happy to assist you with any questions or needs during your stay. You will also be provided with a telephone number for reporting any issues at the property outside office hours, from 8:00 p.m. onwards.

    In accordance with current regulations, all guests must complete and sign the required guest registration form before arrival.

    SECURITY DEPOSIT

    A security deposit of €200 will be charged to a credit or debit card. It will be refunded within a maximum of 72 hours after departure, provided that no damage has occurred at the property.
