Looking for a family retreat or place to gather with friends on the Lake?? This home has everything you could possibly need including a large commercial kitchen, spacious living room, tons of beds, wi-fi, large patio, private pool and hot tub. Pool can be heated for additional fee.

This Lake house is a fully furnished 4 bedroom/3 bath that features 7 king beds and an additional kids bunk room with 6 beds! The large open kitchen and living room is an excellent area for large groups of friends or family gatherings. Please enjoy the fully functioning outdoor kitchen with living area to enjoy the stunning sunsets from the back patio or hot tub. The evenings and morning are some of our favorite times, you'll fall in love with the quiet while listening to the birds and seeing the fish hit the top of the water. The occasional deer or Aoudad will be seen running across the cliff or front yard.

We are located within walking distance to Bluff Creek Marina where you can rent a boat, watercraft, or bring your own to boat and reserve a slip at the Marina. PK general store is also down the road in case you forgot anything such as gas, groceries, or even a spirit or two.

This property is located on Hells Gate Loop, which makes it ideal to visit Hells Gate where the world renown Red Bull Cliff diving takes place. Hells Gate loop is 5miles around and is perfect for walking, running, biking the big hills.

A few thing to notes:

1. The swimming pool has a gate around the pool for the safety of young children. If you remove the gate we ask that if you have children that are not strong swimmers, PLEASE do not bring them unless you are prepared to watch them at all times. or have them wear a life jacket anytime the door to the backyard doors are not locked. If you remove the gate you must put it back up.

-pool can be heated for Additional fee (we must know 48 hours in advance) preheating fee of $300 and $100/night to heat.
Pool settings are scheduled and set to 85
degrees, however when air temperature drop
below 70 degrees fit can affect the pool
temperature, so unfortunately pool temperature
cannot be guaranteed

-The pool is cleaned every Thursday or Friday.. the pool Company will have to have access to the pool to make sure the chemical are correct in the pool.

The lawn company comes every other Thursday or Friday to Maintain the yard.

2. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

3. The gate must be shut at all time to keep the wild animals out.

4. The house is on a 70 foot cliff line. there is a gate/fence around the house. You are not allowed passed the gates/fence at any time.

5. We do have outdoor cameras for the safety of our home and our guests. The one in the front yard and back patio will remain on at all times. The outdoor camera are monitoring the gates to make sure they are closed to keep wild animals out of the property. We also one in the garage that will be turned off as soon as the renter arrives.

6. Upon booking we will be sending a rental agreement; Guest have 48 hours after receiving the document to read and agree to house rules and send a copy of an ID, otherwise booking will be canceled
