「Rooms are clean and spacious. You can really sleep comfortably with their clean linens. You can bring in and cook food . Lacking kitchen appliances though like kettle, microwave , oven toaster. Cooking stove we had has 1 burner working, the other is useless :( That was time consuming working on a single burner. Door knobs are defective, aircon units are outmodeled (you can hear it working at nighttime) and the other acu in 1 room leaks. Bulb in 1 CR was busted. As for toiletries, shampoos and...

「The place looks exactly what we expected in the photos, or even better. We checked the place when we arrived, and we knew that we booked a really nice place for a family staycation. 「The upstairs bedroom ceiling was very low. Anyone over 5'7" could hit their head and there was no a/c or tv.there. Backyard was very nice. Community was nice but pool was not free. I would not rent here again.」

"I had a great stay here. The hotel was very clean, and the room was comfortable and easy to use. The outdoor pool had a nice resort feel, which was a highlight of the stay 👍. On the downside, poolside food service was quite slow, and although ice cream was listed on the menu, it wasn’t available, which was a bit disappointing. The shower also never really got hot – during the rainy season when it was a bit chilly, I wished for higher water temperature. Breakfast was excellent with a huge buffet and a live omelet station. Check-in, however, took a very long time as the line was quite big. One thing that really impressed me was the staff. Because of the security check, I had to leave my Bluetooth speaker at the entrance and forgot to pick it up before leaving for the airport. When I called, they actually brought it all the way to me at the airport! I was so grateful for their kindness. Overall, a very pleasant stay with warm and attentive service. "

"今回クラブルーム90㎡とhotels.comでは謳っていたがただのクラブルームキングだった。これはシェラトン側よりもhotels.com側の問題である。またバスタブのない部屋でクラブラウンジレセプションのマルコさんにバスタブの部屋に変更して頂いた。ありがとう。さてシェラトンマニラアットニューポートはまずまずの立地で築年数も浅く綺麗だ。 2Fからカジノ、ヒルトンを抜けてニューポートワールドに行けばレストランもたくさんある。またここの5Fにはマッサージもある。（安くはない）1Fのカジノ内のマネーチェンジはそこそこレートも良い。部屋の給湯設備は安定感が悪く熱くなったり冷たくなったりするが大きな問題ではない。ラウンジは意外とボリューミィな食事で飲み物に関しては3時間近く飲んでいられるのでゆっくりたくさん飲まれる方には良い。難点は廊下の人の声が部屋の中にも結構聞こえてきて、ハウスキーパーの方々の世間話まで騒音のように聞こえてくることだ。ハウスキーパーの方にはなるべく小声で作業をして頂きたい。総じて良いホテルだと思います。"

"フロントのスタッフがとても親切。部屋もきれい。ホテルの雰囲気が全体的におしゃれ。カジノへのアクセスも中央側なので行きやすい。ただ、部屋のソフトフリードリンクがなくなった時に施設内に外からの持込が出来ず少し不便かな。でもこのホテルはとても好きなのでまた泊まりたい。"
