「Hotel was very clean and the pool was beautiful, but Expedia did not tell the hotel of our request for 2 beds upon booking and only requested a double room. Upon arrival, we were given a room with only 1 full bed and no alternative, which was no fault of the hotel, but definitely clarify prior to arrival! Also, the staff was not the most helpful with transportation around the area. They offered to call a cab for us but only if we were in the lobby in person and then stated that getting a cab...

「静かでのんびり出来る快適なホテルでした。オーナーの男性も大変親切で、スタッフも温かい人ばかりでした。 犬も可愛い！ 朝食のフレッシュジュースも美味しい！ 私達は、レンタカーを使用しませんでしたが、パルマからバスだと1時間半、タクシーは40分ぐらいかかるので、近くのes trencに行くにも車があるといい。バスは時間通りに来ないし40分待った。徒歩、自転車で行ける距離にレストランもあり何度も利用しました。スーパーもあるので長期滞在にも便利です。」
