Spectacular ocean view apartment with pool located in the heart of Playa Flamingo, on a walk to the beach and restaurants this picturesque Beach Town has to offer. Located on the 5th floor it is one of the top units.

This luxurious 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom condominium is fully equipped with Wifi, AC, comfortable couches and laundry area.
Sleeps 6 , with sofa bed in the living - BBQ area for grilling on the ocean side balcony off the living room.

You will love this place!!!

The total area is 1300 ft2 - very clean and well equipped with nice towels and linens - each bedroom has sliding door that opens to a balcony and the living room has a spacious balcony with a grill and comfortable couches.

Guests access from the North side of the project where there is a security gate - arriving to Flamingo North Ridge where they are building the Marina you drive in and take the first right up the hill - follow the road about 300 mts , once you see Punta Plata condominiums on the right 50 mts further you turn left through a white wall - go down the hill and you have arrived at Oceanica Condominums , Unit 829 is at the last building on the right on the 5th floor. Take the elevator up to 5 and turn left. You have arrived !

Simply amazing spot in Flamingo, exactly as the photos show. Sunsets every night directly out front of us. Was a bit tricky finding the place when we first arrived but the YouTube video helped a lot. Flamingo beach a 3-minute walk and was never busy. Beach chairs at the place were a nice touch. Would return here in a heartbeat.

From the start we were locked out and the host could not explain how to properly use the 4 digit door code to get in. He just kept giving us different codes to try. We were locked out for an hour until we found a housekeeper to help us in.The view of the ocean was the highlight of our experience here. Really nice location to the beach.But a few other problems that I hope the owner fixes. There was a sewer smell coming from the master bathroom right from the start. I tried running all the taps and could not get it to go away. I noticed from the pictures that the bathrooms have been renovated. There is no bathtub like seen in the pictures.The master bedroom door does not click closed. We had to put something heavy in front of it.2nd bathroom door does not lock.The add says there is a dishwasher, but we could not find one.The ad says it can sleep 6 by using the fold out futon. but we could not set it up properly as it was in rough shape. He decided to just sleep on the couch.We enjoyed our stay in the area, but found this place needs some TLC.

This place is a 10/10 really. The place has everything one needs, feels clean and is super convenient to great restaurants and the beach. On top of that - the pool is a dream. We had 2 unfortunate issues that hopefully won’t happen again. Upon check in we were given the wrong entry code and the manager, while quick to respond, didn’t have the ability to adjust the code virtually and owner was non responsive. We waited an hour until one of us had the thought to check with th prior cleaning folks. It Really ate into our first afternoon. Secondly there was no hot water. We were told to wait 5 minutes for water to turn on. We eventually found a hot-water heater in the master closet that needed to be turned on. As I said, the place is great. As I understand it, there is a new owner. I’m confident our issues will be addressed for future guests.

Condo with amazing west-facing views

Condo with amazing west-facing views! Plays Flamingo beach is a short walk with golden sand and warm, clear water. Great waves for body surfing or boogie boarding. We would vote it the best beach in the area. Beautiful pool with a view of the ocean below. Great restaurants within walking distance.

Amazing location

We had an amazing stay at this beachfront condo! The location couldn't be better—just steps from the sand with stunning ocean views right from the balcony. The unit was clean, well-stocked, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a full kitchen and beach gear..We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway by the sea.

Nice location

Nice location. You can easily walk to the beach and restaurants and the view from the balcony can't be beat. We went during the rainy season and enjoyed watching the lightning storm over the ocean every night. Condo is well equiped with kitchen and beach suppies. There was construction going on in the unit above us which was a bit annoying during the day but that is not under the control of the owner,

Great View and Close to Beach

This property is in the perfect location and the price is very reasonable. Host responds in a timely manner with check-in/check-out details and if any other questions or issues. The place had all the needed amenities and the AC works well. The best part was the view and closeness to the beach. It is a steep climb from beach to the condo, though we did not mind, it’s good exercise! There is an elevator in good working order. Power went out in the entire area due to a storm, and there is a very loud generator that was running while power was out. It did not provide power to our unit, I suppose it supports some critical systems, maybe elevator? (we did not test that theory). Otherwise no problems.

Amazing View!

Very Beautiful and clean place with UNFORGETTABLE, PICTURE PERFECT VIEWS of the ocean. Literally within walking distance to one of the nicest beaches in the area. Huge balcony with plenty of seating space to wind down after a long day, to have a drink and enjoy the sunset and the sounds of the ocean. The condo is also within 30 min drive to Tamarindo (assuming no unusual traffic) and within about 1hr to Liberia Airport. Parking with security personnel is available by the front entrance. The building has elevator. We would definitely come back. Stayed a total of 6 including 2 young children. Thank-you for letting us stay at your place.
