"The amenities listed appear to be inaccurately represented. The property is not located directly on the beach and there is no on-site beach yoga as advertised. Additionally, there is no spa on-site. The listing references beach umbrellas and lounge chairs; however, staff clarified these are located at the pool, not on the beach. Several other amenities listed, including paddle boards, surfboards etc. were also not available on-site during my stay. When I raised these discrepancies, a staff member acknowledged uncertainty about why beach yoga, paddleboards etc. were listed given the property’s location. A manager later joined the conversation and indicated that they receive 60K bookings through Expedia each year and no one else had concerns with the inaccuracy of the listing itself. Overall, the information provided in the listing did not align with the amenities available at the property."

"Beautiful property on one of the best beaches in the country. Great food and a relaxed Pura Vida vibe throughout. Not your typical all-inclusive experience; no loud music, no large group activities throughout the day. Perfect place to relax. "

"The house is great —the outside pool area is amazing. The sunsets are spectacular. The are has so many things to do and enjoy. It was nice to be able to hop in a golf cart to explore and enjoy the many different restaurants that are so close to the house. Highly recommend a catamaran cruise to spend the day on the water. Overall, we had a fantastic week in Playa Flamingo. "

"Perfect for larger groups...we had ten people, including teenagers, and everyone had their own space.Short golf cart ride into "town," with decent dining options. We had breakfast catered each morning and a couple nights of dinners. Bilitis and staff were very responsive, and Benjamin is onsite to help out with anything urgent. "

"3rd time to this resort. The Westin club rooms and pool area have improved but food selection and quality has slipped a bit. Premium liquor package did not include pinot Grigio and still a bit suspicious of alcohol content in the whisky I had; I never got a buzz! The concrete paths throughout the resort need a good cleaning and re-coating. Happy with our club level suite and room amenities. Dinner reservations are a bit of a game…club personnel made them for 4 days in advance when we arrived but after that had to use the app which was frustrating. It only works same same and have to log on at 8am. "
