There are beautiful 25-ft ceilings for extra light and freshness in the living room and dining room, and volume ceilings throughout the house. This property also has 3 separate guest suites of 300 square feet each. They have their own private entrance and balcony, a King-size bed as well as a full bathroom. About the location
This home is in the middle of the jungle and yet very close to nightlife or restaurants, about 15 minutes away in Huacas or 25 minutes away in Tamarindo. Only a short 12-15 minute walk to Puerto Viejo and from there about an 8-minute walk on the sand to Playa Conchal. This is also a short drive to Pirate's Bay and Playa Minas. Tamarindo and Playa Grande are located 20 to 25 minutes away by car.
Playa Puerto Viejo is a white sand beach with crystal clear water, little rocks, and gentle surf, just perfect for relaxing, and much less crowded than Conchal or Tamarindo. You can also swim and do snorkeling with the peace of mind that the waves won't tip you over. It's a beach of incredible beauty, where you can find shade under the trees. Enjoy the mountainous landscape that this place offers.
