Positioned as the most secluded unit in the tower and the only south-facing residence, it enjoys sunlight throughout the day and is just a 10-minute walk from the beach. The home also benefits from its proximity to the Jack Nicklaus-designed Quivira Golf Course, ranked among Golf Digest’s 100 Greatest Golf Courses and the top ten Nicklaus designs. As a guest, you can take advantage of a 25% discount on green fees and enjoy its location just steps from the 18th green. Guests also have access to the community’s restaurants, including The Quivira Steakhouse, and all the restaurants at Pacifica, Pueblo Bonito, and Montecristo with 20% discount.
