Villa group

The unit itself was great and I have stayed at Villa La Estancia many times over the last 20 years. However there was an IT issue with the Villa group and we couldn’t sign for anything which made it a total pain to order poolside service! They said the problem had been going on for awhile yet it should have been an easy fix! Not happy and it definitely took away from my stay. The service at the pool was awful! The only thing about the unit is I was told to here was a bbq grill on the deck and the was not. I loved the new deck furniture and remodel of the interior.

Spectacular!

Everything about this property was top notch! The grounds are beautifully maintained, the service at the restaurants was great, the private beach and pools were amazing! This was our first trip to Cabo and definitely will not be our last! We will stay at La Estancia and this same unit again! While it is not right in the party scene, it was super quiet and is a quick Uber ride or short walk (.5 miles) on the beach to get to where the action is!

Concierge could do better. Doubled up all our groceries, didn’t follow our list but charged us for all the additional. Also, the boat that was recommended by the concierge was very old and rundown.

Amazing unit and property!

I chose this unit because the interior furniture and decor looked a lot nicer than any of the other units, it also had better patio furniture. It did not disappoint. The unit is one of the nicest units I have stayed in at the Villa group after many stays.The fridge was stocked with beer, water, sodas, and wine on arrival, which was nice. The market across the street has anything more you would need and they deliver it to your room for free.Great unit and I will be renting this for all our future stays.
