Guest Policy: Maximum 10 overnight guests and up to 10 additional daytime visitors, for a maximum of 20 people on the property at any time (additional water fee applies for your guest water consumption).
All overnight guests and daytime visitors must be registered in advance.
Daytime visitors may not stay overnight and must leave by 1:00 a.m.
The community provides two types of entry passes: overnight guest passes and daytime visitor passes. Vehicle and guest information must be submitted at least 24 hours before arrival so the appropriate passes can be prepared.
