The whole family can retire in warmth and comfort with Queen and King beds, and futon couch in quiet privacy. Prep for the trails in the spacious waxing room and enclosed walk-way for bikes.

Leave bath linens hanging in the bathroom, bed linens on the bed.
Remove trash to the plastic bin off the back deck, If that is full, additional trash can be left in the breezeway.
Thermostat -- Winter -- move heat down toward lower 60's. Summer -- Move A/C toward upper 70's somewhere.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Leave bikes outside. Pets must be clean before being brought into the house. Pets that shed are not allowed on beds and furniture.
Enjoy our nice plush, stain-free towels and linens INDOORS ONLY; not for spills, grills or soiled surfaces. Clean with provided or other supplies.
Use grilling utensils, not kitchen utensils or cookware on grill or firepit, which must stay on brick patio. Message us RE ash disposal.
