Room was clean, but a little worn in. There is no on site parking, but there is a garage about 5 minutes away with reasonably priced parking. There is no receptionist, so you just check in on your own, and there is nobody around to help if you need it, however you can message the property owner and they’ll respond relatively quickly. Our room had an AC, but the remote had dead batteries, and once we replaced them it didn’t work very well, it got pretty hot in the room. Overall still a solid hotel, it was clean, had everything we needed, and its location is amazing, close by everything you’d want to see in Old Quebec.

What a beautiful hotel! The staff was very welcoming and friendly upon arrival. The person at the front desk gave us very detailed descriptions of what to visit. We were upgraded to a studio with partial river views and it was absolutely amazing. I also love how centrally located the hotel was to everything. I’m looking forward to going back!

This hotel is the definition of perfect, you can walk to sooo many town gems from this beautiful hotel, also the staff were so helpful, & accommodating even with us coming in earlier than check in they were so helpful. Do yourself a favor and if Quebec City is your destination definitely check out this gem of hotel, thank me later.

Staff was very helpful when a situation arose when we needed a screwdriver (which in French is tournevis). Went above and beyond what you might expect. Would definitely recommend to friends and family if they visit Quebecer.
