Ordered 2 nights at Ruby Hotel when I arrived I told them my booking number and that I booked through Hotels.com app. They said that they do not have any collaboration with hotels.com. I then showed them confirmation mail and even contacted hotels.com customer service and informed them of my situation. I ended up paying twice for 1 day and received no refund nor help from hotels.com.

Hotel didnt allow me to stay
The hotel did not allow me to stay there, they just say they didnt receive any order or payment from Hotels.com.
