「Limpieza,atencion,calidad,amenidades super horrible,renté el hotel en la parte afuera de este y cuando llego a la recepcion tuve que volverla a pagar y dar 20 dolares extras por no reservar en tiempo.hice la reclamacion del dinero y aun no me lo depositan.me quedé porque eran las 3 de la mañana y andaba con mis suegros super agotado.no lo recomiendo」

「Had to slam the door for it to catch and lock. Room was filthy. Not sure the cleaning crew had done anything but change the sheets. And even then the sheets had huge stains. The toilet paper holder in the restroom was one of those that needs a key to replace the roll, and empty. We essentially had a bulky side table to keep the roll on. Chairs had questionable stains and the wooden ones had even more questionable sturdiness. A/C barely moved the air, much less cool it. Then a staff member...

「We had a king non smoking room. We entered into a very recent HIGH concentration of pot and ammonia smell. Room looked great but my heart started racing from the amount of what was in the room. The front desk moved us immediately. Only needed 6 hrs sleep to move on and we got it. No milk for breakfast cereal and orange juice machine was not calibrated properly. No fruit or yogurt but waffles, bagels and biscuit and gravy were available. Property needed straightening, iron board thrown in...
