The farmer's markets are located across the road and shopping and cafes, and restaurants, are only one minute away.
The home has open-plan living areas all opening to a private spacious outdoor courtyard and gardens. BBQ and outdoor entertaining.

The home has open-plan living areas all opening to a private spacious outdoor courtyard and gardens. There are two dining areas, one bar table which extends from inside the kitchen to the outdoor courtyard and also an outdoor table adjacent to the Gas BBQ.
