The air conditioned room was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Beds were comfortable too. Recommend Ballina Beach Resort to stay for families, couples and most importantly, families with a puppy dog too.

The quietness was wonderful and the atmosphere was relaxing but you’ll need to bring a dust pan. There wasn’t one provided and you’ll need it to pick up all the sand on the floor that you inevitably bring in. Overall a good stay.

Staff were great. Gave really clear instructions for check in. Kids loved the pool and water play area! The cabin was clean and tidy, and just what we needed. We also love that it was close to a beach - though not patrolled. Would certainly come back again.

The cabin was in terrible condition. It felt dirty and worn out. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool looked lovely. I didn’t actually realise that a ferry had to be taken to reach the resort. I wouldn’t stay here again as it was isolated and I wanted to be closer to Ballina.
