"Large clean room. Plenty of space, large bathroom, nice view. Would stay again"

"Everything has been lovely as always. However, the reception doesn’t always have a staff member present. We waited nearly 15 minutes to get our luggage back from the storage cupboard. There needs to be some sort of bell/alert system when staff member is needed. I was also surprised to see that paperwork with guests names was left on the desk, fully visible to anyone waiting at the reception This is the only negative comment I have about this beautiful hotel. "

"Nice from, good amount of space.Bed had a double size topper on a king size bed. The curtains were a challenge, plenty of light shining through after our first night. Ask for a room at the rear of the building, the trams that pass the front of the hotel shake the building from 0515 till late. For the price I paid I was comfortable "
