Café da manhã muito bom com opções saudáveis. O bar em frente â piscina oferece drinks ótimos. Cama confortável mas travesseiros muito altos. Pedi pra trocar mas vieram iguais aos anteriores. O hotel é bom mas carece de manutenção mais cuidadosa: vaso com a tampa quebrada, cortinas do blackout soltas. No geral a experiência foi boa e voltaria.

A equipe trabalha de cara feia, o hotel parou no tempo em relação à manutenção. O Gerente Hudson não demonstra interesse em resolver os problemas dos hóspedes. O hotel "vendeu uma festa "com música ao vivo até as 2 da manhã , sem o menor respeito pelos hóspedes que queriam dormir. Quando reclamei do barulho ele disse : A festa esta contratada até as 2 ! ou seja: os hóspedes que se danem... O café da manhã tem muita quantidade e pouca qualidade; não há opções de pães sem glúten. No banheiro não havia tapete . O banheiro ficava sempre molhado.

Quarto entregue na hora, mas sem toalhas, com uma programação de falta de luz de 4 horas, o que deixou o hotel sem elevadores! Tivemos que subir 3 lances de escadas com mala. Quarto com barata, toalhas estavam quase pano de chão, quando chegaram atrasadas, não houve troca de toalhas e nem limpeza do quarto, encontramos uma barata assim que entramos e matamos, a mesma ficou no mesmo lugar até o nosso checkout! Garagem com vazamento, deixou o carro imundo. Uma pena, já tive ótimas estadias anos atrás, um hotel de referência, bem localizado, mas não está sendo bem administrado ultimamente.

Atendimento muito bom, a localização e os serviços de lazer disponíveis no hotel são muito boas, sem contar que da para ir para a rua das pedras a pé. Com relação as instalações, sabendo ser um hotel antigo, é necessário prever a substituição dos barulhentos aparelhos de ar de janela por splits, e revisar o isolamento acústico dos apartamentos que possuem porta divisória entre si.
