Location
Buzet, district of Kotli. The holiday home is situated on a 5,000 sqm large, open, enclosed waterside and woodland plot with flowers, shrubs and trees, bounded by a fence and a hedge. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. The entire property belongs to an old Istrian village with a total of 8 stone holiday houses. The complex is suitable for families or for a larger group. The properties IST PAZ 068 (5 people), IST PAZ 069 (4 people), IST PAZ 070 (4 people), IST PAZ 071 (4 people), IST PAZ 072 (5 people), IST PAZ 073 (2 people), IST PAZ 074 (2 people) and IST PAZ 075 (4 people) are located on the same plot. It is a place listed under the protection of rural heritage, and therefore the entire village is not asphalted. The river Mirna flows through the village. Its small waterfalls erode the stones and form kettle-shaped holes in the rock, hence the village name “Kotli” (kettles). Access is via a side road (asphalted, gravel or crushed stone).
