Cypress Cove is an ideal choice for a vacation destination as it is well-maintained and equipped with all necessary furnishings. A short drive away is Cape Point, a great spot for fishing or just relaxing on the beach.Guests need to bring their own bring paper goods, towels, and linens. Cypress Cove is furnished and decorated to the owners taste. There is a coffee maker, microwave, toaster, pots and pans, dishes, silverware, glasses, mattress pads, pillows, and blankets/comforters. Pet fees, taxes, insurance, and reservation and partial stay fees are all applicable.
In case of cancellation or change in any reservation, no refund will be made by Dolphin Realty or the owners we represent unless the unit is re-rented and confirmed by the newer reservation for the cancelled period. All cancellations and changes are subject to a $75.00 charge, reservation fee; Trip Cancellation and Travel Insurance premium, Property Protection and Credit Card Processing Fee if applicable. Please notify our office of any changes as soon as possible. No refunds will be issued due to lack of fish or inclement weather.
