"The farm that the hut was located in was great. Lots of animals around and it was really fun feeding the alpacas! Host was friendly and accommodating. Overall a great getaway from the city. The directions could have been clearer, there’s no mention that I could see of the farms name however this was quickly resolved by a 1 minute phone call to the host. "

"Everything we needed was provided. We did bump our heads a couple of times on the low door frames and had to take care upstairs, because of the different levels of steps. We purchased a weekly parking permit to park in the public parking area by the rec center. When we needed to load/unload it was challenging at times to navigate the car down the narrow street, especially with some parked cars sticking further out. Overall though a lovely cottage."

"* The property was unclean, on arrival we had to wipe down all surfaces to make them acceptable. * The toilet was very badly stained and not even thick bleach left overnight would clean it. * Lights either side of the bathroom washbasin, and under the kitchen cabinet did not work. * The whole property needs essential maintenance like the back door which was too hard to lock, so we had to leave it unlocked overnight. The taps on the bath and in the kitchen are loose and need attention. The...

Fantastic stay and far beyond a 3 star

"The check in and staff were amazing. They offered a welcome pack of a bottle of water and chocolate bar and breakfast bar. This wasn’t expected and due to the heat it was very welcome. We stayed as we had travelled for an Ed Sheeran concert and they had all the info of the show available and just went above and beyond ensuring the stay was pleasant and made a bond with their guests. I would thoroughly recommend staying and Kate (manager) was exceptional and so welcoming. "
