"Staff very helpful and efficient. Early check-in really good. Located 5mins walk from Utrecht train station. Hotel very easy to find within the shopping mall. Breakfast buffet very nice with plentiful options."

"It was great . Perfect room . However no fridge and no concierge to help with bags to the room . The tv was also quite low , even on the highest volume . However best sleep at the bedding is amazing. A bit far from city centre around 30 mins drive , so cabs are a bit pricey . However would defienfly book the Ibiza suite again . "

"Great hotel. Was only there for a couple of days so didn’t use any of the self catering aspect of the facilities however these looked complete. I arrived a little later than expected around 2130 and then reception were very helpful. The room was very nice and comfortable with great views over the canal. The bathroom whilst a little small had one of the best hotel showers I’ve ever used. The restaurant and bar downstairs is very nice and the staff down there were excellent too."
