Holiday home with 2 bedrooms

The holiday home is situated in a very quiet cul-de-sac. A parking space is available on the property. On the ground floor, you will find a living room with two beds, a combined living room and kitchen with a new kitchen, a spacious dining area, a small shower room, and a utility room with a washing machine and cleaning supplies.

A comfortable staircase leads to the upper floor with a bedroom with a double bed and our "Butjenbude" (lower headroom) with two single beds; a cot is also available. A bright and welcoming bathroom completes the upper floor.

The partially covered sun terrace can be accessed from the combined living room and kitchen or from the conservatory, where you can enjoy the fenced property surrounded by natural hedges, complete with a barbecue and sandbox.
