Kitchen with kitchenette with 4 burner stove, sink, hood, refrigerator. Furthermore, utensils and household items, coffee maker, microwave, kettle and toaster. Shower / toilet, sink, mirror cabinet, hair dryer. Parking is available directly at the house. Bicycles can intoa garage are provided.

Linen packages (bed linen, 2 towels, 1 bath towel and 1 dishcloth per person) are optional and can be rented as an additional service.
Use Shared washing machine and dryer after arrangement for remuneration.


In the spa district of Büsum, very close to both the lawn and the sandy beach you will find our well kept apartment house "sea breeze". It is located in the first row directly behind the dike. Prior to extending the fascinating Wadden Sea National Park. You are here in the sea air zone. The center, the spa facilities "Physiomar" and the adventure seawater wave swimming pool "Piratenmeer" are only 10-15 minutes.  Parking in the grounds. Bicycles can be parked in a closed garage not lockable.

Schöne Lage

Waren über Silvester im Haus Seewind. Hat uns gut gefallen und werden in einer wärmeren Saision versuchen nochmal das Haus zu mieten.

Kleines gemütliches Feriendomizil mit perfekter Lage zur Familienlagune.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld verlief reibungslos. an- und Abreise super einfach, Schlüsselübergabe ohne Probleme. Freundlichkeit+ Sauberkeit+ Perfekte Lage zur Familienlagune und Badestrand, direkt am Deich.

Die Bezahlung ging ausschließlich bar. Da es beim Vermieter krankheitsbedingt zu Einschränkungen kam, mussten wir ihn mehrfach aufsuchen. Das war etwas ungünstig. Insgesamt hätte ich mir noch gewünscht, dass die Ausstattung (Küchenausstattung, Geschirr, Besteck, Gläser) etwas moderner ist

Urlaubserlebnis

Der Aufenthalt war zu unserer absoluten Zufriedenheit. Angefangen von der Buchung bis hin zur Schlüsselübergabe verlief alles ohne Probleme. Die Ferienwohnung (Sylt) verfügte über alles wichtige was man so benötigt. Fazit: Eine angenehme Wohnatmosphäre und dazu noch wenige Meter bis zum Strand und zur Familienlagune.
