Relieved to have booked the Bayview room, especially now after reading some of the negative reviews regarding the rooms facing the back of the hotel. We had an amazing stay in Sunz. The staff were always greeting us and always ready to help if in need. They are always accomodating. They were very helpful in finding us the tours. Our stay at Bacau Bay was wonderful! The property was beautiful with great facilities and the staff were so nice and helpful. We spent an entire afternoon relaxing in their beautiful pool and ordering poolside food and drinks. It’s also a short tuktuk ride into town, which the hotel staff were easily able to help call for us. We only stayed one night but could have easily spent many more there.

Our customer service experience was stellar here! There seemed to be a miscommunication when checking in where we were given one room with a triple bed, instead of the two doubles I paid for. The front desk ended up upgrading to a even larger suite free of charge, that had a little bit more separation. Even helped us get an impromptu shuttle the following day to the airport after a flight change. So grateful for this team and their help!

The resort met our expectations in its beauty, luxury, and service. The setting is stunning with reefs off their beaches accessible by just swimming with a mask and snorkel(free!). It is on an isolated island 40 minute boat ride from Coron town proper. The food is awesome, but not all the restaurants are available everyday.
