Perfect small group stay

Great location just outside of town - 10min walk. House was clean and well furnished. Lovely balcony and view of the ocean from our unit. Highly recommend!

I was extremely pleased with all aspects of my stay at this property. The checkin process was straightforward. I stayed out playing on the beach and had to get in when it was dark out - no problems! Gorgeous place, very clean, attention to all the right details. I would highly recommend staying here. The location was fantastic.

Perfect spot just out of town

Excellent multi-level property at the highest point of the estate. Quiet and secluded, 500m or so up Caves Rd from Dunsborough. Difficult to find in the dark due to its private location, but detailed instructions from owner helped a lot. Ideal for a two or more families, even though it ended up only being me that made the trip this time. Safe walkway/path into Dunsborough from the property away from the main road. Facilities good. Nice large kitchen/lounge/diner. Seems new and clean. Private/remote controlled garage a nice bonus. TVs and Internet services all working well. Highy recommended.

Such a fantastic place. Short walk to town. House was clean, modern and a great space. Loved the balcony and view over bush and out to the coast.

Great house great view and location. Facilites 5 stars. Minor issue cleaner was rude and arrived at 10mins prior to check out time, was quite pushy, kind of spoiled the vibe at the end!

Fantastic house

My family (2 adults, 2 kids) stayed there for 2 nights. Everyone simply loved the place. Clean, spacious, tastefully decorated. We totally enjoyed it. Might go back again! :)

Lovely, clean and modern accommodation

The house was modern, clean and had everything you needed to make it an enjoyable staycation. Short 2 min drive to Dunsborough shops and handy location for exploring the south west. We will definitely be staying here again!

Lovely stay

This property is very comfortable and well laid out. Kitchen is a particular highlight - it’s so nice to have sharp knives and such good kitchen supplies cooking was a joy. Great proximity to town too. Only small suggestion would be to be a little more generous with dishwasher tablets and washing powder for longer stays. We had to ration to get through the week because wasn’t enough dishwasher tablets for one load per day.

A really comfortable stay

We had a lovely stay at this 3 generous sized bedrooms property which came very well equipped. One of the best equipped kitchens we have come across. It ticked a lot of boxes and will gladly stay here again. We understand it is probably for a quick max turnaround and cleaning but check out at 10am is a bit early.

Perfect Villa for a down south getaway

I live in Perth and love coming down south. My family flew over from the east coast and we stayed at Richards Villa just after Chrissy. My family and I were blown away with the property, the amazing views and the location. Definitely made our trip down south one to remember. Amazing premises

Easily the best House I have stayed in the southwest in the last 40 plus years. Had everything anyone could ever want. I was on a work trip sadly, but if I can ever get in early enough during school holidays to book the family in, I will be doing so.
