Denise put out extra touches - with marshmallows for the kids, firewood and ice cream. The house has everything you need when you’re holidaying with kids including a tonne of toys, balls, bats, books. It’s tranquil and also a short drive into town so pretty perfect if you ask me.

Wonderful peaceful location, everything needed for a recharging break. Birds, the occasional kangaroo, short drive to town and sea but away from the bussle.

This was a great place to stay. Everything you needed was provided, all you need is your beach towels. Comfortable, clean, peaceful. Just a short drive out of Dunsborough, but close to everything. Highly recommend.

We had such an enjoyable stay - especially our 4 year old as there were lots of toys, Crayons, books etc. for her to play with. A convenient location with everything that you could need nearby, but also peaceful and secluded with picturesque bush to look out onto. Practical and comfortable lay out with everything we needed for a young family. We will definitely be back!

We had a great stay at Panda’s Patch. It was the second time we visited as we really like the location and the comfort of the house. This time around we also enjoyed the fire pit. We will be back.

A really nice guesthouse - comfortable, modern and stylishly decorated. The back verandah and lawn was a highlight for us. The kids loved playing sports on the grass and watching all the different birds in the bushland. Very well stocked kitchen and lots of nice little touches in general that made everything easy and relaxing. Loved our stay, thank you Denise and Sean!

We were very impressed Panda's Patch! The location of property was so close to Dunsborough town for any urgent supplies, wineries and restaurants, whilst still being hidden away. Quiet and relaxing spot in nature. Beds were comfy, smart TV allowed us to access apps for entertainment and property was well equipped with kitchen essentials.

Panda's Patch was exactly what we were hoping for. Clean and cosy, fantastic location (there's a lovely walk around the firebreak that I'd highly recommend ... saw lots of roos) and so well stocked. We loved our visit and will definitely be back.
