Beachside Villa Retreat - Resort Style Quindalup

Escape to Quindalup in this spacious, privately managed villa nestled within the beautiful Bayshore Beachside Resort. Whether you`re planning a family holiday or a long weekend with your partner or friends, Beachside Villa Retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort, nature and coastal charm.

Step outside and the beach is right across the road, with the peaceful Toby Inlet behind you. A short stroll brings you to the yacht club for a meal and a cold drink on a summer evening.

In winter, stay inside, pour a glass of red and settle in front of the wood log heater — this home works well whatever the weather!

The villa sleeps up to six guests across three bedrooms. The main bedroom features a king bed with its own ensuite, TV and ceiling fan. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a ceiling fan. Head upstairs to the third bedroom — a king-bed adult oasis with its own reverse cycle air conditioning and another TV, perfect for couples wanting a private retreat or parents who`ve earned a little space. The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom (downstairs) with a separate WC.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for a self-catering stay, including a dishwasher and a Nespresso pod coffee machine to start your mornings right. The main living area has reverse cycle air conditioning and a cosy wood log heater for the cooler months. There`s a TV in the lounge, free WiFi throughout, a washing machine and dryer, and all towels and linen are supplied.
Outside, enjoy the private fenced back yard and driveway parking for two cars. As part of the Bayshore Beachside Resort you`ll also have access to the shared BBQ area, kids playground, games room and tennis court.

Quindalup sits right on the doorstep of Dunsborough, one of Western Australia`s most loved coastal towns. Dunsborough itself has a great range of cafes, restaurants and shops. The beaches along Geographe Bay are among the most sheltered and family-friendly in the south-west. From here you`re perfectly placed to explore the world-famous Margaret River region, with its incredible wineries, craft breweries, artisan food producers and spectacular surf beaches.

Cape Naturaliste and its lighthouse are a short drive away, and the walking trails along the cape offer breathtaking views over the Indian Ocean. Whether you`re after wine tasting, whale watching in season, a visit to a cave or simply lazing on the beach, it`s all within easy reach.

Please note this villa is privately owned and managed, and operates independently from the resort. Help is a phone call away, but you do not have access to the resort reception area.

Please note that the home may not be suitable for younger children due to the resort`s unfenced access to Toby`s inlet. There is also a staircase and woodburner. Whilst we accept children, it is at your own risk and we would not recommend this home for toddlers.

Included in the cleaning fee - linen is provided and beds are made-up. Bath towels, hand towels and bath mats are also provided - please bring your own beach towels and face cloths.

This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, shower gel, dish washing liquid, sponge & bin bags, etc. is provided.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

We wish you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm. Note that the resort manager lives closeby and there is a noise monitoring device.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.

Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and will result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.
