Wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub bei Ihnen im Haus. Es hatte alles und die Bilder lügen nicht! Der Pool, die Terrasse mit dem Ausblick einfach nur toll. Bei Fragen hätten wir eine Ansprechpartnerin, das hat super und schnell geklappt. Vielen Dank von mir und meiner Familie für die tolle Zeit in Ihrem Haus.

Sehr moderne Finca in ruhiger Umgebung

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr modern und großzügig geschnitten. Selbst mit zehn Personen, hat jeder noch ausreichend Platz zur Verfügung. Die Wohngegend ist ruhig, zum Strand sind es jedoch nur 20 Minuten mit dem Auto.

Jolie maison mais de très gros problèmes

La maison est joliment décoré et l’extérieur est très jolie. De ce côté rien à dire, en revanche nous n’avons pas eu d’eau chaude de la semaine, malgré l’intervention d’un technicien et le lave vaisselle salissait plus si il nettoyait, de ce fait nous avons du faire la vaisselle à la mains pour 10 personnes. Passez votre chemin.

Great place!

We were a big group with kids of different ages. We all had a wonderful time. The house was very confortable and Helene took care of us in everything we needed. The pool is amazing!!! I highly recommend the house!!!

An Honest Review

Our family group stayed in the villa for 10 days during July and August, with the eldest guest at 70 and the youngest a baby of 10 months. The pool and garden area are really lovely and were a big seller to us when looking for a holiday rental, the infinity pool is beautiful and the surrounding areas are peaceful, Busot is a very newly renovated area and is well looked after. While we enjoyed our time at the house there are definitely some things that need looking into… Air Conditioning The biggest issue for us was the lack of advertised air conditioning throughout the house. This is advertised on the booking page, however, we were extremely disappointed to find that A/C is only available in the basement and not in the other 3 other floors. As we were travelling with a young baby, this was especially important to us and we feel the villa description on VRBO is misleading- had we known that A/C is only available in one room we would not have booked this home. At one stage we had 5 people sleeping in the basement and 2 in the lounge as the heat in the bedrooms was unbearable. As a family we specifically rent holiday homes which are equipped for self-catering. However, we found that without AC or even a fan available in the kitchen area it made cooking and eating-in a real chore. Bedroom 2 On our first night it was evident that the batteries in all the remotes needed replacing. Thus meaning we were unable to operate the fan in one of the bedrooms or tur

Sehr schönes Haus

Sehr schönes Haus, tolle Ausstattung, großer schöner Pool mit super Ausblick auf die Berge. Der beheizte Pool hätte für unsere Bedürfnisse mit Kleinkind etwas wärmer sein können. Zu Beginn hatte der Pool 21 grad, es wurde sich jedoch direkt darum gekümmert, so dass der Pool an wärmeren Tagen 24.5 grad erreichte. Das Haus bietet viele Möglichkeiten (Billard, Kino, Tischtennis, Sportgeräte, Gesellschaftsspiele, Boccia spielen im Außenbereich) Windgeschützte Terrasse im OG. Unsere Ansprechpartnerin Helene war jederzeit erreichbar, sehr nett und schnell vor Ort, wenn es etwas zum regeln gab. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen.

Perfect family Holiday

We rented the property for a Christmas getaway with family members the villa was fabulous with everything you needed the hosts were on hand for anything we weren’t sure on the whole experience was so smooth will definitely be visiting again

Une belle villa, quel dommage ce manque d entretien, c était très sale, pas de clim, 32° dans la maison, énormément de moustiques... le jardin pas du tout entretenu, problème de chauffe eau, problème avec l eau de la piscine.. le propriétaire est réactif mais on ne s attend pas à ce type de prestations, le rapport qualité prix n y est pas malheureusement. Décevant...

Relaxing, beautiful

Very easy to rent, easy communication with owners and Helene, busot is a lovely town only a 15 minute walk away from the villa, beach is a 10 minute drive away, enjoyed our time there and we ally very nuchal enjoyed the villa and what it had to offer. Thanks again

Une maison contemporaine magnifiquement décorée mais...

L'équipement et la décoration de cette maison sont parfaits. Elle est spacieuse, agréable, avec un jardin tropical et bien située dans un quartier résidentiel calme. Elle est proche de la montagne et de la plage (en voiture). Pour profiter sereinement des lieux, des produits contre les moustiques sont néanmoins indispensables. Le seul bémol de notre séjour a été l'incompétence du pisciniste qui nous a empêché de profiter d'une piscine propre et à débordement. Heureusement, le propriétaire a été conciliant.

Falta mantenimiento

El alojamiento es igual al de las fotos, pero le falta mantenimiento y es una pena, porqué sinó lo cuidan se echará todo a perder. Nos encontramos: la casa solo tiene aire acondicionado en el sótano, no en toda la casa. La ducha del sótano no funciona del todo bién (sale muy poca agua no te puedes duchar), hay dos puertas sin manetas, la campana extractora de la cocina ahora va, ahora no va, en la terraza de fuera hay dos pies para sombrillas pero sin sombrillas. Irían bién para poder desayunar fuera porqué sinó dá toda la solana. Un ventilador de techo de arriba del todo hace ruido, para dormir es un poco molesto. Llegamos y el horno estaba que daba miedo. Y encima la piscina no sé que le pasó, se volvió verde y estuvimos un día sin ella. Vino el de mantenimiento y nadie nos dijo cómo proceder (3 horas sin poder bañarse, 1 dia... )nada! Lo que he dicho en el título, mantenimiento! Recomendable spray antimosquitos!! Sinó se te comen! Por el resto la casa es amplia y caben perfectamente12 personas. Eramos 12 adultos, 4 adolescentes y 2 niños.

Los mosquitos fueron los protagonistas

La casa muy bonita, las vistas, limpieza buena, entretenimiento asegurado. El problema es que no pudimos disfrutar de la zona de la piscina por la noche porque los mosquitos te comían y es una pena porque las noches son muy agradables y frescas fuera de la casa. Hasta el tercer día no nos libramos un poco de ellos, que fue cuando el chico encargado de la piscina fumigó porque nos dijo que había un nido. Y es que no nos dejaban un momento salimos todos de allí llenos de picotazos. En la casa mucho calor dentro porque no podíamos abrir por los mosquitos aunque echábamos la persiana no entraba ni un poco de fresco. En las habitaciones al estar las mosquiteras rotas mismo problema. Y el sistema de persianas que tiene no es nada cómodo y además está mal porque tiene la mosquitera fija delante de ellas. Y al coincidir con temporada de mucho calor lo pasamos un poco mal por las noches. Si hubiéramos tenido aire acondicionado habría sido magnífico. Sólo había en el sótano.

Nice and spacious house

We were two families travelling together and had a great week. The house is very spacious with lots of possible activities. The house and especially the pool could do with some renovation - but all in all good value for money.

La casa está super equipada y tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unas vacaciones en grupo perfectas. La zona es muy tranquila y la playa está a 15 minutos en coche. Muy recomendable!

Beautiful, relaxing location for the whole family

Our party consisted of two families with small children ranging from 18 months to 10 years. The house was beautifully laid out so that there was plenty of space for everyone. The pool was fantastic, if a little cold to start with but by then end of the week it was a wonderful temperature. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of towels were provided. The kitchen had everything and a little bit more that you could possibly need with a fabulous outdoor gas bbq. You will need a Netflix subscription as they don’t have satellite tv and the DVD player is in the cinema room which we couldnt figure out how to use. However the sofa was new and very luxurious in the main lounge and fitted everyone on with ease. Lovely comfortable room with open plan access to the kitchen. David the manager was super helpful and very easy to contact should we have any questions or need anything. You will definitely need a car as there is nothing for miles but don’t let that put you off as it felt a very peaceful safe area. I would recommend that you shop in El Campello, there is a great supermarket by the main tram station that has everything you need. El Campello also has a beautiful beach with great cafes and restaurants who welcome families. Fancy a day out then catch the tram to Alicante and visit their amazing marina and castle. And finally you MUST take plenty of mosquito repellent and bite cream!!!! We would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Wonderful place for a big group

We enjoyed our holidays in the villa. The pool was great with the kids. Here was enough space for everybody (we were 11 persons). Air condition would have been a good addition in rooms at 4th floor.
