「Strong dog smell, dirty shabby condition of interior surfaces. Obvious makeshift repairs, spongy floors, torn, flaking couch. Kitchen counter had multiple burn marks and some sticky substance, corner held down with duct tape. Screen door off tracks, laying against wall. Wife was stung by insect in the unit, had to go to hospital. We moved out after only 3 hours, and literally slept in the car rather than go back. Owner uncaring, rude and greedy. Slow to return security deposit. I've...

「Nice house...convenient location...very clean! The beds were comfy, the kitchen was outfitted well, and the hot water heater rocks!!! Highly recommend and would stay again. 」

「Was perfect for what we needed! We were in town for a softball tournament at Jenkinsville park and it was close to everything! Check-in process was very easy. The downstairs with the 3 beds, was bigger than we thought. Was very spacious and technically was like 2 separate rooms, perfect for parents and their kids!」
