「Very hositable staff」

「The place felt very safe and in a nice setting with plenty of green outside space. Rooms were very clean and spacious with nice private front terraces. The staff were really friendly and helpful, especially the onwer, Agnes, who arranged sightseeing trips in the area, airport transfer (15 mins) and other transport for us. 「ベランダからのビクトリア湖の眺望がとても良い。但し、部屋による。従業員はフレンドリーで良い。事前に空港でのピックアップをメールで依頼するが音沙汰なし。結局、ホテルの無料送迎サービスが受けられず個人で手配した。」

「Inte riktigt som jag trodde, hotellet var mer slitet än väntat och wi-fi fungerade aldrig, trots att jag uppgraderade till ett rum där de garanterade wi-fi. Men frukosten var bra.」
