Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel
Great location, great breakfast with very friendly staff. Negative was being charged nearly $50 for them to hold our baggage in a room for about 5 hrs on last day until being picked up for the airport, surely we pay enough to stay anyway!

Hyatt Regency Times Square
No room service and very limited food options at the hotel. When we checked in we had a room with wet floors, they did move us and gave us a credit to fix it. That was nice and appropriate.
