"Very rustic, even though there isn’t AC it got cool enough at night that with the fans the room was never warm. Very cute rustic. Minimal interaction with staff but very nice. The ice machine wasn’t working when we were there."

"The staff were very helpful and quick to clean the property/empty rooms. They readily asked us whether we wanted fresh towels. The room (#16) was beautiful and had a good mini fridge and shower. My partner and I only have complaints about the beds and walls. The beds are very soft, so not great for firm sleepers. Also, they appear older based on the significant slumps in the middle of each bed. Also, the walls are thinner so bring earplugs to avoid dealing with noisy neighbors."

"What a great stay. The rooms were super clean. No chemical smell that tries and mask that it's not clean. Beds were amazing and comfortable. Staff were so friendly and helpful. And the river that runs thru the property was a great treat. I would absolutely stay at the Longhorn again. "

"The Host responded to our questions promptly, and the property provided everything we needed. Great location 1 block off main street. We loved the true "cabin" feel and enjoyed doing the provided puzzles. We were in Dubois to visit the National Museum of Military Vehicles, which was INCREDIBLE, and the availability of this cabin helped make our entire trip one of our favorites!"

"The cabin has a beautiful setting. Wish we had more time to stay there. The weather was hot but the cabin was comfortable. We were pleased overall, and it worked for 4 adults and two small kids and two dogs. Would have liked a phone call rather than texting."
