「Lovely quiet location, superb room in the cottage opposite the main pub. Food was lovely and catered for my gluten free requirements. We only stayed one night but would love to go back with our dog and check out the local walks for a weekend.」

「This feels like a motel, with a mediocre pub attached, which was ok as I was just wanting a bed for the night. The room was spacious but wasn’t as clean as you’d expect, Doors were banging through the night didn’t help sleep! I ate at the pub. The food was poor value really, even though my expectations were not high. When the dish arrived half the advertised ingredients had been forgotten so had to ask the staff to try again.」

「We had Heritage Room 4 for a two night stay.
Very spacious room and large ensuite.
Lots of windows, so lots of fresh air and light.
Very clean and comfortable.
Bar and restaurant were of a very high standard too.
Friendly/polite staff, good range of drinks options and the food was superb.
Absolutely recommend this venue for a stay.」

「レンタカーで旅をしています。慣れない車でトラブルがありホテルのスタッフの方に親切にして頂き感謝してます。小さなホテルで暖かな印象を持ちました。ホテルの内装も 外観も古き良きイングリッシュスタイルで豪華ではないが美しいです。朝食はイングリッシュブレックファーストでした。部屋、水回りは清潔ですがやはり狭いですね、」

「The staff were very friendly and the room was very clean it just lacked air con and with a tiny bedroom window regardless on the heating not being on there was hardly and airflow within the room. Couldnt fault anything else had a lovely stay」
