「Nice place.」

「Easy to book. Communication excellent prior to check in. Great location. Quiet. Floors, fridge, island draws and toilet were dirty. There isn’t lock on back door which is the sunroom door. Sunroom is advertised as bedroom. Guests go through sunroom to get outside. The sunroom doesn’t have a closet, but it worked for us. Towels were damp and folded on the beds. Linen closet jammed packed with hangers and towels falling out when the door opened. Minor detail- suggest removing the modern...

「Our experience at Lang House was not good, someone broke into our car (which was parked in their parking lot, behind the house) car and stole our house keys and car fob. As a result we have had to spend $400 to replace our car fob.」

「What I liked about this motel was that it was on a private beach and close to all stores. Parking was good and convenient, the view from our room was excellent. What was not to my liking was there was no one at the front desk the entire time we were there and no maid service( fresh towels, toilet paper, ect).」

「For a one-night stay, it was a fine hotel. But, the one thing that will keep us from staying at a Microtel again was the shower - or lack of a shower. The water pressure was non-existent and there was no way to adjust the direction of the water - just straight down. Worst shower ever!」
