Property was ample for our party of 9. All communication with Travis was prompt and helpful. Having 3 full bathrooms for our large party was a great asset! Plenty of towels and bedding. My only suggestion to the hosts is to have a larger mirror in each of the bedrooms and a trash can in each bedroom. Otherwise everything was fantastic. If you have small children this is the place for you. House had plenty of baby and toddler friendly items for a family with littles.

The house was mostly well-kept and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, dining ware and appliances for the 7 of us. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked fairly well. There were a couple of minor items in need of repair, but they did not hinder our stay. The only issue was the towels smelled musty. Cleaning the front loading washing machine may solve that problem. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and may visit again as it is located very close to relatives.

The property listed did not match the advertised property. Landscaping at the front of the house was overgrown, not clean and neat like in the picture. Furniture throughout the house was different than shown in the pictures. Toothpaste left for guest to use, had already previously been used and left in the cabinets in the bathrooms. Several closet doors were off track, guest reset them. Guest complained about how uncomfortable the beds were and did not sleep well. Smoking was not allowed outside, however there was a fire pit in the back of the property, though not used, one guest stated that it would have been nice to have built a fire to relax and smoke a cigar. Fortunately, we had a full plan with visiting the Ark and Creation Museum and was not at the house except at night. I would use Vrbo again, but I would not recommend this particular property.

This trip was to celebrate our Father's 94th birthday. This location worked well for visiting the creation museum and ark encounter as well as playing games and just hanging out. We made great memories, shared old memories and enjoyed our stay.
