Decent budget hotel in the outskirts of Valencia. The rooms are very simple and reminded me of a youth hostel. The staff was great. Everything was clean and working. Nearby parking is available and good public transport connections into the city center are close. The rooftop pool and sun deck are a bonus.

Very good, modern hotel - highly recommended

Very good hotel similar to a student dorm. The breakfast hall is occupied on the morning, but with respect to the price the breakfast and hotel room is very good. Public transportation is nearby. The check-in was very easy and even an hour early possible. Highly recommended.

Nice standard of new accommodation that also doubles up as student accommodation. Friendly helpful staff at reception and the hotel is very near the Empalme station. There is a restaurant that does a buffet style breakfast and evening meals. There are some restaurants and bars around 10 minutes away, although I dare say most will opt for the short journey into town. Overall a good place to stay in Valencia.

I visit Valencia for scientific congress and this hotel was very close to congress center. Hotel and the room were clean :) However the Breakfast was poor. Hotel is somewhat in a concept of dormitory. There was no floor carpets, safe box and disposable slippers in the room :(

It is not laxurious hotel, but the building/facility of the hotel looks new and clean. The room is not spacious but there is microwave and fridge in the room. Train station is just 3 minutes walk from the hotel, offering easy access to city centre. There is also a super market near the hotel, about 10 minutes walk. It is reasonable and ideal hotel for long stay. There is a swimming pool on the roof and a gym on the basement as well. (^O^)／

I didn't like that I had gotten a room that was shared with another room. I read the description from the website and never got the impression that it was a shared bathroom and shower and kitchen. For me, it was okay because no one showed up in the other room, but it kept me on edge because I never knew if I was going to have someone showing up. Other than that it was quiet, felt safe, breakfast was great, and it was really close to the metro station and bus stops.

The room had lots of items missing, including the microwave, shampoo, body wash, cutlery, glasses, plates and we were only given one bath towel for two people. We raised this with the reception who said we would have to wait till the next day. We went down the next day and they said we won’t get the microwave and they had no other towels, and to go back the next day. We went back again no towels. No assistance was provided by them at all. Also, this is a student accommodation with some rooms given to the public. It made me feel very uncomfortable staying there.

The problem I have with this “hotel” is that no where in the description does it say the facility is a college dorm. It is used as a hotel during the holiday breaks. The room itself was good convenient microwave, fridge and sink. Our experience with the check in staff was not a good one. The gentleman that checked us in who looks like he is 16 yrs old was very unprofessional. When he informed us that check in was not available yet we waited for a couple of hours. Then we noticed he would be calling other guest and informing them their room was ready even a guest who came after us. I observed all this because we were sitting in the waiting area by reception. After I approached him questioning if our room was ready he became bothered and then proceeded to check us in. He gave us a room in the second floor next to the elevator and stairs. He purposely did this out of spite. We would be awoken by the slamming of the stair door. He also deactivated our keys a day before our check out. I went to ask reception why my cards were deactivated and unfortunately he was the only staff available so he did some investigation and told me we were supposed to check out already. When I told him he was wrong he double checked and then said I was right that his colleague must have made the mistake. When in fact he did our check in and made the mistake or did it on purpose. Two highlights were breakfast and transportation. I would not stay there again!

This is not necessarily bad, but it might be important to some. Since the property is devoted mostly to be a student residence, there is no bar and food is only served at certain times. While there are some food options within reasonable walking distance, they are not really close. All in all, it will depend on your reason to be in Valencia.

The only reason I chose this hotel was because it is close to Valencia conference centre and When I made the booking other surrounding hotels were fully booked. The hotel room stinks, Wi-Fi didn’t work, the television didn’t work, the cups were dirty, etc. very bad experience, will never return.
