"We stayed in a Garden Room at this resort for five days. The morning sunlight and garden were both beautiful, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious dishes. Since we had arranged airport transfer, the staff should have known our arrival time, but even after the 2:00 p.m. check-in time, we had to wait for about an hour. On the first day, we reported that the safe was broken, but unfortunately, no one came to repair it.
