"Breakfast was great. Unfortunately both taxis they ordered for us after we clarifed where we were going they took us to the wrong destinations. Not sure who made the errors. Would stay there again location was great. We had to ask them for our VIP access discount. We also never were offered a room upgrade...they were not forthcoming with the information about these"

Overall, an outstanding stay—highly recommended and one we would gladly repeat."

"The rooms were extremely ornate, and there was a tremendous amount of marble throughout the hotel, making it very cool and not providing a feeling of warmth.And welcome. The fancy restaurant on the rooftop was a grave disappointment.It was extraordinarily noisy.It was very poor service, and the food was on the average"

"The place in general clean and nice, the elevator a little complicated, Something important, Expedia advertises parking in a garage for this hotel, but upon arrival, they tell you there isn't any, and that you can park on the street or in a parking lot 5 minutes away. They said that detail in Expedia is wrong! Also, as an Expedia VIP customer, I was told I would receive a complimentary bottle of wine per stay, but it wasn't given to me upon arrival. I asked for it the next day, and they seemed annoyed and upset by my complaint. They gave me the bottle of wine grudgingly, as if I were begging. I think they need to improve their customer service! "
