Hi AnneThank you for staying at the Villa Mirasol Motor Inn. Our hot water is a heat pump which constantly cycles hot water to all rooms. If the heat pump fails this would affect all of the motel. On the day of your stay we had no issues with hot water which leads us to believe that you may have had the mixer tap turned to the cold in the shower. Our reception was open at 7pm we would have been more than happy to assist you. Have safe travels back to Canada.

All our rooms are a more comfortable size then most motels. Unfortunately only our King Executive rooms come with a bath, perhaps next visit we are more then happy to accommodate one of our king rooms with the outdoor area. Kind Regards Management
