We made mention of a few things that were broken in the house, couches uncomfortable and smelling of dogs, unorganized/dirty kitchen items, and beach was not manicured and ready for kids. But overall nice house, nice game room, beautiful new kitchen downstairs and nice open kitchen/living area. House looked upgraded but not very well done. Would rent again if items mentioned were corrected."
