Enjoy coffee on the screened-in porch, or head down to the private double-decker boat dock for a swim or sunset paddle in our kayaks or paddleboard. With two kitchens, multiple gathering spaces, and outdoor fun for all ages, this is lake life at its best.

This home includes everything you need for an easy, comfortable stay:

- Two full kitchens and a coffee bar

- Smart TVs, games, and books throughout

- Washer and Dryer on both levels

- Keyless entry and high-speed Wi-Fi

- Fresh linens, towels, hair dryers, and essentials provided



Guest Access:

Guests have full, private access to the home, fire pit, in-ground pool, dock, boat house, boat ramp (keycard for access is in the home; $150 replacement fee if lost), driveway, garage, and all indoor and outdoor spaces.

A pontoon boat is available to rent and can be delivered the dock—no trailering or pickup needed. Just coordinate with our trusted partner, DV Rentals LKA.



Wine Tours: Discounted hourly rate for our guests with our partner, Monticello Wine Tour & Coach Company. Just let us know if you are interested and we will make the introduction!

**Additional Information**

- All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.

- 12 Adults Maximum (16 Max Guests)

- Quiet Hours: 10 PM to 6 AM.

- Free Parking for 10 Vehicles. (No Parking or Driving on Grass)

- No Parties, Events, Outside Guests, or Indoor Smoking

- No Pets

- Guests do not have access to the boat lift at the dock

- Gas firepit by the pool is not available for guest use



**Guest Requirements:**

In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and those under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation.



Important: Before check-in, the primary guest must complete our Guest Verification process. This helps us comply with short-term rental regulations and provides added protection for guests and the property.

After booking, you will receive a secure link to complete verification. Please complete it prior to arrival to ensure a smooth, quick check-in.

Damage protection is required for every reservation, regardless of where you booked. During verification, you will choose one of the following options:

 - $45 per night non-refundable damage waiver (recommended): no security hold and a simpler, faster process.

 - $3,000 refundable security deposit: requires a hold on a card and may take several business days to release after check-out, subject to any damage charges.

We use keyless entry smart door locks and give you space but are available if you have any questions or need anything.
