"For the amount we paid, I expected better but I assume the prices were high because everything going on that weekend. Eventhough it was a busy weekend, there was still plenty of parking. There were some good things worth noting so lets get into it. I will knock out the cons first: - The AC was really loud. - The lighting in the bathroom is terrible, even my 5 year old mentioned it (he has ASD and darker rooms freak him out). - I did see some mold in the bathroom or what looked like mold at least. - The sheets had some stains on them that seemed like were washed but just not able to come out. Pros: - I enjoyed the layout of the room because I have two kids and one is 9 so she wants her own bed but she is not old enough to have her own room even if its joined. So the 2 double bed and a sofa pull out is perfect. - We have a thing for indoor pools anytime we go places. This one was clean and well maintained and we had it all to ourselves. I did not swim but the kids did and they said although it was colder than expected for a heated pool, it was manageable. The pool area was really hot. It was like relaxing in a sauna. So that wasnt exactly fun but kids didn't seem to mind. - Staff was very nice. The phones stayed busy so we had to go downstairs to ask for additional towels and pillows but they were more than willing to accommodate. We only stayed one night as a quick birthday getaway for my sons birthday but my kids had a great time. "

"4 disgusting leering men present at 2am. This motel was so filthy and stunk like mold and curry. I told them I was canceling the reservation as the hotel was in unacceptable condition and I felt unsafe. They instead marked me as a no show and refused to refund me for the stay. Contacted the insurance I paid for. It can take a year to get my money back if the insurance even decides to pay & super complicated filing protocol for the insurance. Absolutely the worst experience at a hotel I ever had…"

"Neither my room nor the hallways were clean. Convenient location but facilities need to be better maintained."

"The room was clean, and the pool area was great. The only main issue was that our vehicle was broken into overnight, and the passenger seat was damaged. I wish they had more security in the area. The staff was friendly, but I don’t think we’ll be going back due to safety concerns."

"The house was really pretty and clean. The pool was lovely and enjoyable.The issue we had was that we were not sent the check in code until literally 10 minutes before wecould get in, which caused us a great deal of stress.We had electricity issues where no plugs in the bathrooms were working and we were the family of the groom in a wedding where we were all trying to get ready at one time. I communicated to the owner right away when we needed something and didn’t hear back for 5 hours!The owner was going to call an electrician to come out,But he couldn’t get there until after the wedding the next day, which didn’t help us. She did buy 2 extension cords and dropped them off,However, the plugs didn’t work in all 4 Bathrooms and the coffee bar area so we had to keep moving the extension cords around. This was terribly inconvenient.It didn’t seem like we were a priority which was very frustrating. "

"Excellent stay. Property was amazing - it's an oasis in Northern San Antonio, beautiful views and outside area. Owner was incredibly responsive to questions, often getting back to me in minutes. My only note is the pool is not heated so in the off summer months may be a bit cool. Couldn't recommend this more highly! We'll be back!"
