Bring the whole family to the "Lake Lounge" with lots of room for fun plenty of room for 12 ppl to entertain. This home is equipped with Pool/spa and recreation room with a pool table. Lake Mohave is only 3 miles away. Looking for nightlife, take quick 5 minute Uber ride to the Casinos in Laughlin for a night of gambling, dining, and dancing. Plenty of boat parking! Wifi and BBQ grill. Camera in garage and out in the backyard for guest safety.

-No day guest -Take full trash cans to street (bag all bottles) -Do not leave dirty dishes in sink -Clean BBQ after use -Do not remove pool vacuum
