Cozy Lakefront Getaway at Lake Palestine

Escape the city into a cozy quite lake house and experience serenity at its best. The home is located right on Lake Palestine with a beautiful lake access boathouse perfect for fishing, hunting or swimming. The house is 2BR/2BR and comfortably sleeps 4-6 people. Our spacious back porch counts with gas grill, tables and chairs perfect for an afternoon BBQ. With a private light up dock this place was designed for a relaxing getaway, girls trip, fishing trip or just an old fashion family vacation.

Nearby golf course, waterpark, zip line, railroad and zoo. Just 15 minutes from Tyler, Tx-- restaurants, movie and mall.

We provide 2 fishing rods to use during your stay. A canoe is also available to guest who follow safety guidelines which can be found in the house manual.
Empty propane tank provided upon request.

Please feel free to text me if you need anything; I am just minutes away.
-Pets are allowed with an additional $75 non-refundable deposit (dogs only).
-All trash must be bagged.
-Strip used beds for checkout.
-White towels for indoor use only.
-Do not put charcoal in gas grill!
-Propane tank available upon request (not filled)

We had a wonderful time! The pictures make this rental appear smaller than it is in person. The deck and outdoor sitting area are very spacious, and the living/kitchen area was bigger than I was expecting too. We ended up taking a paddle on the canoe as a family and it was so peaceful out on the water. 5 stars all around!

We had a very nice three day visit! Very peaceful neighborhood. Seemed like a lot of retirees. Very clean & well taken care of home with a great extensive back porch which is partly screened-in. We didn’t have a boat, but we fished off the very nice fully lit boat dock, that has two boat stalls with lifts. Owners were very quick to reply. Could use a little more versatility in the department of pots & pans. But we would definitely recommend this property!

Very nice atmosphere!! My husband said he’d like to come back to this place! That’s saying a LOT!! Beds very comfy. Very clean and taken care of. Host was very accommodating and responded quickly to us.

Relaxing Stay!

The purpose of the stay was to commute to the outskirts of Tyler for some activities. And this location made for an easy drive to Tyler with the bonus of enjoying the lake in the evenings. Kitchen is well stocked and clean - and the whole house was comfortable! Enjoy!

I rented this property for my son and family to use over Thanksgiving. They absolutely loved it and plan to use it again. It was very well appointed and comfortable. He is a fisherman and loved the lake access. I had a very difficult time accessing the check-in information which was extremely stressful but the house itself was delightful. I highly recommend it.

Perfect location!

The house was very clean and had everything we needed. It is located on the lake in a bay which allowed my kids to safely kayak. The boathouse and dock were perfect and provided shade while fishing. The house has two big bathrooms and two great sized bedrooms so it made for plenty of space. It is located in a quiet neighborhood only minutes away from everything you need or could want.

Awesome!

Great place to visit. We spent almost all of the daylight hours on the dock fishing. My wife and I caught over a hundred fish in two days. Lots of catfish and bream. Even caught a 2 lb bass. The house was great with everything we needed. We will be returning to this house next time we are in the Lake Palestine area. Thanks for a great vacation.

Great place to stay on Lake Palestine

The house was very nice, very clean, well kept and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The property manager responded immediately to any questions we had. The kids loved the dock and big back yard leading down to the lake. Highly recommend booking this house for a stay on Lake Palestine or visiting Tyler!
